Terms of Service

CrowdFree (“CrowdFree”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered service that removes background people and crowds from user-uploaded photos. By creating an account or paying for the service, you agree to these Terms.

You upload photos. We process them using third-party AI image models and return modified versions. Results are best-effort; AI output can be imperfect. You can rerun individual photos within a paid job for free, subject to a per-photo rerun cap.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for the security of your login and for all activity under your account.

You keep ownership of every photo you upload and every result we return. You grant CrowdFree a limited licence to store, transmit, and process your photos for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for advertising.

You confirm you have the right to upload each photo and that processing it does not violate anyone else's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

• Upload illegal content, including CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the service to harass, deceive, or impersonate.
• Try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell the service or process photos on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record on your transaction and handles applicable sales tax / VAT / GST.

Because each job is processed and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a job fails for technical reasons on our side, contact us and we'll either retry it or refund you.

AI image editing can produce visual artefacts, alter colours, or fail to identify people correctly. We make no guarantee that any specific edit will succeed. You're responsible for reviewing the output before using it. Don't use the service for photos where exactness is legally or medically critical.

We aim to keep the service available, but we don't promise zero downtime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonable, we'll let you know in advance.

You can stop using CrowdFree at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdFree is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
